THE PROMO CODE

Description :
Some items are eligible for a discount on their price.
Others are eligible for an express delivery, if it is not included in their packages.

The promo code will allow you not only to activate the discount on the price of an item, but also to activate the express delivery of it, if it is eligible. In this case, the activation of the express delivery will generate a price and additional costs.

Please note :

The activation of the express delivery is in the meantime only available for Metropolitan France and the United States of America (USA).
Items already displaying a promotional price cannot be applied a promo code for a cumulative discount, nor can baskets that include one.
The availability or not of a promo code for each item is indicated in the description of its product page.

NB : The process of obtaining the promo code requires the buyer to have a Facebook account. This condition is a must.

Procedure for obtaining the code :
To get the promo code of an item, nothing could be easier:

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns :

Our policy lasts 14 days after the delivery of your order. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your products, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

NB : To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item.

You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Several types of merchandise are exempt from return
Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

The shipping cost used to get the item to you is not refundable, since the shipping company does not return it to us. This means that if you receive a refund, these costs will be deducted and only the price of the item will be returned to you.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original payment method within a certain time frame.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?
You can cancel your order without penalty. In order for the cancellation to be applied, you must do so 4 hours after creating the order.
If the item has already been shipped, cancellation of the order is no longer possible!
